As a pivotal member of our client's company, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with buying and selling properties, ensuring their needs and preferences are met with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing strategies.
• Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate smooth transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, lawyers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions.
• Utilize effective marketing techniques to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of local property markets, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property listings and marketing.

Qualifications and previous experience:

• Real Estate License
• Previous experience in Real Estate Sales within the Hobart Market
• Strong Computer Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
