Position: Real Estate Salesperson

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective clients to assist in buying and selling properties.
  • Conduct private and open inspections to highlight each listing's unique features.
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
  • Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts to generate leads and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with Real Estate market trends and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve both collective and individual sales targets.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous Real Estate sales experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A burning ambition to succeed and a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
  • Must be a self-starter with a high level of motivation to excel in a dynamic industry.

Remuneration:

  • We offer a negotiable remuneration package based on experience and performance.
  • A commission-based structure that provides unlimited earning potential based on your sales success.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Saturday's are essential to success in Real Estate, giving you the opportunity to meet prospective buyers and Vendors face to face!
