Facilities

Our Workplace and Facilities Management team plays a pivotal role in creating and delivering a positive and successful employee experience across our real estate portfolio. Our team optimises the use of physical spaces, ensuring that we align with organisational goals. This can include defining and evolving our workplace strategy, managing office layouts, seating arrangements, meeting rooms and the associated services required to ensure the successful day-to-day operation of our facilities - including the physical assets such as furniture, equipment, and infrastructure.

About the role

When working at Reception, you will be an ambassador for Reckitt and provide a high level of service to reflect the professional image, high standards and reputation of Reckitt. When working as Office Support, you will be ensuring the smooth running of the office by ensuring the office environment is enjoyable to work in for all employees.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

  • Take pride in ensuring a safe, bright, clean and attractive working environment
  • Set high standards for building safety, cleanliness and security
  • Liaise with local service providers to keep things running smoothly
  • Liaise projects such as space planning, events, and refurbishments
  • Manage the front-house reception area in our Sydney Office
  • Handle our switchboard - answering & directing all telephone enquiries
  • Meet and greet all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage Security passes / access for Sydney Office
  • Ad-hoc assistance with internal event set-up, catering & co-ordination
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean, tidy, and configured correctly

The experience we're looking for

  • 1-2 years previous experience as a receptionist, or transferrable skills/experience & willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Polished presentation with an enthusiastic and friendly personality
  • Elementary business acumen understanding and ability to work autonomously as/when required
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sense of urgency and achievement
  • Time management skills with prioritisation and organisational understanding and skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Resilient and able to respond under pressure
