Axia Developments, is a property development and management company providing comprehensive asset management support for a diverse real estate portfolio including commercial, retail, and residential assets.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Property Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our property teams operations.
Key responsibilities;
- Entering and managing rents
- Completing all lease outgoing adjustments/estimates and rent reviews in accordance with lease requirements
- Conducting lease audits
- Database management of all Property files, drawings, and plans
- Liaising with external managing agents
- Responsible for accurate data input of all lease related information and collation of associated documentation
- Monthly reporting and reconciliations
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Maintain a consistently high level of data entry
- General administration support and filing for property team and General Manager
Essential experience and attributes:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to utilise excel
- Excellent communicator with strong verbal & written expertise
- Understanding of property leases
- High accuracy level, attention to detail & outstanding organizational skills
- Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems, have exceptional communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in relation to asset information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
