About the role
Reporting to the Director, in this role you will provide exceptional customer service as the 'front of house' of the business. Manage the reception desk to ensure calls are transferred professionally and efficiently. Support with data entry and other administrative duties to assist the wider team.
We are seeking someone highly driven, energetic, with the ability to provide outstanding service and a high level of professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include
Managing the reception and front-of-house
Relationship building with new and existing clients
General office management
Providing administration assistance to the team as required
Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
