An opportunity exists for a permanent part time Receptionist to join our Emily Gardens residential aged care facility at The Rock.
This role is a vital support to the facility team and includes all aspects of front office administration and reception. The role will suit a people oriented, proactive and efficient candidate with experience in an administrative / reception capacity. Importantly, this role will have daily interaction with residents, medical professionals, staff, families and members of the public so a professional and customer oriented manner is essential. In addition, the role will involve answering and redirecting calls; use of MS office (intermediate level) - MS Word and Excel primarily; updating essential documentation; and supporting the facility manager and staff as requested.
