We are looking for a Customer Service Superstarto join our team based in Alice Springs on a permanent part-time basis (25 - 30 hours per week) Negotiable for the right candidate
The Customer Care Executive working as reception and Service Planneris responsible for delivering a “wow” experience to our customers as a first point of contact for all divisions of Rentokil Initial. You will be required to handle inbound/outbound contact in a professional manner to preserve customer retention and initiate new business opportunities to existing customers that have been requested.
The core responsibilities in this role include:
- Providing support to national and key clients
- Drawing up contracts for services offered
- Processing purchase orders
- Planning and booking technician jobs for smooth client service
- Liaising with customers on a daily basis
- Processing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving client issues
- Supporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team and Operations Team to achieve targets and deliverables
- Make outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and services
Requirements -
- Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/ administration/ account management)
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomously
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Love working in a team environment
The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, as well as background checks.
