Millingtons Cemeteries has a unique opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate person to join our administration team at Cornelian Bay Cemetery.
This is a full-time contract for 9 months for Maternity Leave, transitioning to part-time. Start date is 1 July 2024.
We are seeking someone passionate and skilled in reception and administration duties with a strong focus on customer service. The successful applicant requires prior knowledge with Microsoft Outlook and will be working individually and in a team environment.
The key duties of the role are:
- General reception duties.
- Manage and confirm bookings for burials and graveside services, cremations and chapel services.
- Processing burial and cremation records and applications.
- Assisting families with memorial enquiries.
- Organising appointments for our Memorial Consultant team.
