Due to continued growth in our business, we are looking for a new member of our Administration team to help take our business to the next level. You will be part of a dynamic team, always seeking to grow and improve.
Purpose of the Role
The main purpose of this role is to maintain the company’s primary accounting functions, while providing general data analysis and administrative duties. You will be efficient at time management with a high degree of accuracy.
This role provides support to the Group Financial Controller and Sales Team by carrying out data analysis and administrative tasks, contributing to a dynamic positive team environment.
You will actively commit to our company’s Core Values and be an effective competent team member for the Group.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
Responsible for the effective operation of the company’s day-to-day primary accounting functions including data entry, maintenance of company records, reports, reconciliations, and financial procedures.
Assist in the preparation of periodic accounts and reports, with some data analysis.
Supporting operational cost review, whilst identifying areas of improvement.
Provide a high level of administration support to the Group Financial Controller, Directors and other team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum five years’ experience in a bookkeeping or similar role
- Certificate IV or higher in Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Intermediate-Advanced skills in Microsoft Office or similar, including strong knowledge of Excel
- Experience with Xero accounting software or similar
- Australian Resident
