Wideline Windows and Doors is an Australian owned business that has been designing and manufacturing aluminium and timber windows and doors since 1971.  We now employ over 350 people and operate over nine acres of land across the Central Coast. 

Our facilities include residential aluminium, architectural aluminium, timber, screens and start of the art glass factories and a vertical powder coat facility.  We have invested significantly in state of the art manufacturing processes and are now looking to further invest in our people to help us along the growth journey.

The Role:

Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to fill the role of Receptionist at our head office based in Tuggerah.  Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a full-time permanent position working the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering and directing calls, greeting visitors and managing the front desk reception duties as well as assisting with a range of administrative activities. This may include managing stationary orders and other office requirements, mail distribution, catering requests etc. 

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position that includes operating a busy switchboard. You will have exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic and a friendly personality. 

In addition, you will have:

• High level of attention to detail, good organisational and time management skills
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Able to work unsupervised and be a team player
• Microsoft Office competency is essential
