The roleIn this casual role you will assist with reception, customer service, word processing, database management, accounts and general secretarial duties. You’ll get exposure to the exciting and fast paced healthcare industry.
We are looking to hire a helpful, friendly, cheerful ‘office all-rounder’ who can answer the phone, take messages, meet and greet patients, help with correspondence, update the database and keep the reception area neat and tidy.
You will be the face and voice of this company – and a key employee to support your team members and to be ‘in the know’ of what’s happening in the office.
Sound like you? We’re looking for someone with lots of energy and enthusiasm who has great computer, customer service, communication and organisational skills.
You will need to have:
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Good PC skills – MS Office
- Corporate presentation
- Good attention to detail
- A high degree of numeracy and literacy
- The willingness to learn and follow instructions
- The willingness to work as part of a team and support your colleagues.
- A positive attitude and be willing to accept responsibility and truly take ownership in this role. We work in a fast-paced office so lots of initiative is essential.
