About the Role
We are a boutique firm specialising in employment law and personal injury matters, with an opening for a friendly receptionist to join our team at our busy Adelaide CBD office. In this role, you will be providing support to a welcoming and supportive team of lawyers.
Key Responsibilities
- answering incoming calls
- meeting and greeting clients at the front desk
- audio-typing/Dictaphone typing
- word processing
- preparing legal documents
- online searches
- monitoring and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- diary management and booking appointments
- taking payments and processing invoices
- general secretarial work, electronic/paper file management and office administration
