  • Full-time role (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are a boutique firm specialising in employment law and personal injury matters, with an opening for a friendly receptionist to join our team at our busy Adelaide CBD office. In this role, you will be providing support to a welcoming and supportive team of lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • answering incoming calls
  • meeting and greeting clients at the front desk
  • audio-typing/Dictaphone typing
  • word processing
  • preparing legal documents
  • online searches
  • monitoring and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • diary management and booking appointments
  • taking payments and processing invoices
  • general secretarial work, electronic/paper file management and office administration
