Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a global brand providing a variety of machinery for the construction and mining industries.
HCA is seeking a motivated, energized and well-presented individual to join our Administrative Team as our Receptionist. This will be a permanent Full Time role base in out Cavan office.
Reporting to the Administration Manager you will be responsible for:
Greeting and Liaising with Customers
Maintaining and Operating our main switchboard
Administering Site Inductions
Supplier and Contractor record management
Accounts Payable tasks
Scanning & Filing of Branch Documents as required
Involvement with WHS practices
Various other administrative tasks as required
To be successful you will possess:
Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
An eye for detail
A competent level of computer literacy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a team
Intermediate Microsoft office skills
Previous experience not required.
