The role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and motivated individual to join our team for Multiple Roles in our Elizabeth and Munno Parra location:
- Casual Receptionist/Customer Service
- Full time Receptionist/Customer Service - Morning Shift
- Full time Receptionist/Customer Service - Afternoon shift
- Full time Receptionist/Customer Service - Evening shift
The key responsibilities of Receptionist/Customer Service are (not limited to) the following:
- Customer Service and Reception – Greeting, being friendly and approachable to our guests, members and staff
- General reception duties and taking responsibility and pride in your presentation and approach
- Assisting in stock take and other administrative duties as required
- Membership and Retail Sales – A part of this role is being able to cross sell and approach guests or members to discuss and assist with their needs
- Understanding of our memberships and their requirements
- General cleaning and maintenance of the gym – Walking the gym floor and making sure both the gym and shop front is clean
- Reporting any maintenance issues that require attention

- Willingness to learn and show initiative
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High attention-to-detail skills
- First Aid and CPR Certificates (Receptionist only)
