PhysioChoice is seeking an initiative-driven, reliable and enthusiastic candidate for rostered and relief casual administration at our Ridgehaven practice.
Core responsibilities will include:
Take and amend bookings and assist with client enquiries
Reconcile daily takings
Greet customers in a professional manner
Processing payments
Merchandising and practice presentation
Conduct a basic patient screen
Complete general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, etc.
Washing and drying of towels for treatments
About You
The successful applicant will possess:
A current Drivers' License. (preferred by not required).
Availability and flexibility to work on an ad-hoc/on-call basis.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Previous reception/administration experience in a clinical environment or similar.
Experience using EFTPOS and HICAPS (preferred but not required)
Sound computer skills.
A friendly and empathetic nature with the ability to converse and build rapport with customers easily.
