The Role:

We are currently seeking a determined individual to join our team as a receptionist, with an immediate start on a full-time basis. Full training and support will be provided to you. Experience in this role is preferred however, is not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Initial point of contact for greeting new and existing clients, providing courteous, empathetic, and professional interactions.
  • Managing a diary system (Outlook 365)
  • General receptionist and office duties
  • Dealing with a high volume of phone calls
  • Booking appointments and organising schedules
  • Assisting staff with any general support

About you:

  • High level of ability across relevant Microsoft Office platforms 
  • Flexible and adaptable work ethic
  • Administrative skills and ethical behavior, aligning yourself with the already existing culture of the practice.
  • A skilled communicator, both in written and verbal form, and adaptable in liaising with various audiences.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Known for your initiative and problem-solving capability.

As the successful candidate you will have proven experience in providing excellent customer service and be self-motivated. You will also have good organisational skills and be well presented.

The role is based in our Warilla office, on a full-time basis. Your own transport and a driver’s license is necessary.
