AT Brine & Sons Builders are looking to recruit a receptionist/Administration Trainee to join our company located in West Leederville. Initially, you would be working under existing staff direction using established company practices, procedures and instructions.
We are looking for a candidate who is wanting to gain practical on the job experience whilst receiving training initially, followed by the potential for one of several business/administration or construction related traineeship options.

Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- General reception duties and various administration tasks
- Managing general email correspondence
- Working closely with the project and administration teams to complete general administrative duties
- Printing and scanning documents
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages)
- Filing and management of paperwork
- External site visits occasionally to take photos and drop paperwork to site staff
The successful candidate will:

- Be reliable and punctual
- Have a good attitude towards new challenges & professional development
- Show good attention to detail and have strong have organisational skills
- Have their own transport
- Must have permanent working rights in Australia
