We are a very busy Specialist Practice with 4 Specialists and 2 Practitioners.
Established in 2008, we have recently relocated into a brand new purpose built premises. Daily duties include
- Making, Confirming and Maintaining Appointments
- Greeting our fabulous Patients with a Big Smile, Empathy and Compassion - A joke to steady their nerves is always a great option
- 100% accuracy Entering Referrals and Patients Records
- Excellent Telephone and email manner
- Excellent Time Management
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office experience a bonus
- Absolutely must be able to work and contribute in an open, friendly, happy environment. No Drama Lamas or Princesses' need apply please
- Defence and DVA Processing
- Emailing Reports
- Additional accounting duties (MYOB) available in the future if desired.
- Basic PA Duties to the Manager
