Form of workWe are looking for an experienced casual Medical Receptionist to join McLeod Street Medical. You will be working with our reception team to create a friendly, welcoming, and well organised front office.
In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service to our patients, doctors, and nurses. Daily duties include answering phone calls, booking appointments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
The right person for this job will have a warm, welcoming demeanour, along with excellent customer service skills, well-developed communications skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and make a positive contribution to the team environment. High attention to detail and adherence to privacy and confidentiality are also essential in this role.
Previous experience using Best Practice software would be advantageous.
