The Somerset on the Pier, Hobart now seeks an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated person to join the Guest Service team as Guest Service Officer. This full-time role will report to the Guest Service Manager and work closely with other departments.
In these roles, you will be responsible for the following:
- The check-in and check-out of our guests
- Attending to guests' requests and managing their accounts
- Providing information to our guests on services and local Melbourne attractions
- Administration associated with the Front Office department.
Ideally, you must have the following:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong knowledge of the Hobart
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding personal presentation
- Attention to detail!
- Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
