Form of workWorking exclusively with BYD, we are looking for a Receptionist / Host who is a Customer Service and Administration superstar to support our team on a Saturday!
Based in Fortitude Valley, even the venue is a game changer. We have transformed the vehicle purchasing experience, by creating an enjoyable, non-pressured, retail shopping adventure. With our custom built, state-of-the-art facilities and innovative new concept, we are now seeking like-minded partners and professionals to join us in promoting the BYD brand.
This is not your everyday Receptionist role, you will be the face of our dealership, the first point of contact for our customers either over the phone or in person. You will be ready to go above and beyond for our valued customers in order to maintain and deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience alongside your team, with our unified goal of “One Team, One Vision”.
About this role:
- Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity - always
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet deadlines
- Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
- Make Appointments via phone and email
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
- Other administrative duties as required by the Manager to support the Sales team
Must haves:
- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- A confident phone manner and developed communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Time management skills in order to juggle a busy department
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of excel and ability to learn new programs is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic administration skills
- Quick thinking & problem-solving skills
