About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to fill a full-time position based at our CMI Toyota - Cheltenham location. This position is the first point of contact for all our guests as they enter the showroom.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- First point of contact for all guests as they enter the showroom
- Promptly & professionally handle all telephone enquiries
- Data entry & filing
- General administration duties
Skills and Experience
- A welcoming telephone manner & professional presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be well presented, reliable & punctual
- Team orientated
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal/guest relation skills
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
- Hold a current drivers licence & be eligible to use the Service SA EzyReg System
Previous experience will be viewed favourably but is not essential as training will be provided to the successful applicant.
