About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to fill a full-time position based at our CMI Toyota - Cheltenham location. This position is the first point of contact for all our guests as they enter the showroom.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • First point of contact for all guests as they enter the showroom
  • Promptly & professionally handle all telephone enquiries
  • Data entry & filing
  • General administration duties

Skills and Experience

  • A welcoming telephone manner & professional presentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be well presented, reliable & punctual
  • Team orientated
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal/guest relation skills
  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
  • Hold a current drivers licence & be eligible to use the Service SA EzyReg System

Previous experience will be viewed favourably but is not essential as training will be provided to the successful applicant.
