The Opportunity
They are looking for an exceptional Receptionist/ Office allrounder to join their team. This is a very dynamic role in which no two days are the same. Some of your day-to-day tasks could include:
- Diary management/ scheduling meetings
- Managing a busy email inbox
- Liaison with clients, (you will be the first face they see)
- Scanning and filling documents such as tax returns
- Managing office supplies
- Liaising with the ATO and ASIC on behalf of clients
To thrive in this role, you will need to be:
- Proficient in the use of MS Outlook and Word and Microsoft Suite
- Professional etiquette and customer service oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and is a team player
- Excellent time management
- Experience in dealing with the ATO and/ or ASIC
- One on one mentorship available
- End of Financial year and calendar year celebrations
- Company celebrations
