Tasks and Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly & professional manner.
Organise appointments and work schedules
Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, with all necessary stationery and material.
Provide information about Beco Constructions in person and via phone/email.
Data input of work orders and organising work schedules for concrete teams
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in an office setting and as a receptionist or a related position
Experience operating office equipment e.g. copiers and printers
Microsoft Office and Excel products
Positive demeanor, professional appearance, and professional attitude
Ability to thrive in changing environments
Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
Provide exceptional customer service
