The Hollywood Orthopaedic Group (located in Nedlands) has a fantastic opportunity available for a Medical Receptionist. This position is a full time permanent role. We are seeking candidates with previous experience in a reception role (within the medical field), looking for a career opportunity to join a specialist practice and be trained in all areas of medical reception, administration and secretarial support.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Running Clinics
- Scanning
- Triaging New Referrals
- Maintaining stock control of treatment rooms
- General Administration of the Practice

The Hollywood Orthopaedic Group is a paperless office using Genie medical software. Whilst experience using Genie is not essential, an ability to grasp and learn new technology is imperative.
