We are a small busy private psychology practice in Southport, looking for a receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 18 hrs per week. However, flexibility in availability is essential to cover holiday or leave requirements for other administrative staff. Initially, the position is to cover maternity leave but may continue beyond the leave period.
We are seeking a receptionist with excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of motivation, a good organiser, self-initiative, and a person who has sound administration skills. You will need to be versatile in your skills and not be averse to doing minor cleaning/tidying to keep the practice well presented. Use of MS Office applications, mainly Word and Excel is an essential requirement.
Previous administration/reception experience gained in a similar administration/reception role is essential.
