About the role
WesTrac is currently looking for an energetic and motivated Receptionist to join our Aftermarket Solutions team at our Tomago Facility.
The Aftermarket Solutions team is a group of passionate, professional, supportive and high performing individuals collectively responsible for ensuring WesTrac retains competitive advantage and grows market share and profitability in all its Aftermarket Solution categories, specifically Parts, Machine Components, Flexi Parts, and Mining Services.
Reporting to the Aftermarket Solutions Manager, the Receptionist is accountable for being the first point of contact for all customer and visitor enquiries to ensure there is a consistent high level of customer service provided and WesTrac is presented in a professional manner always.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers, visitors and contractors
- Coordination of meetings rooms
- Collect and distribute internal and external mail
- General administrative duties such as data entry and sorting emails
- Provide assistance to the facilities help desk
- Navigate incoming phone calls and liaise with all departments within WesTrac
- Order and maintain stationary supplies
- Book and manage travel expense claims
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to effectively build and maintain successful working relationships
- Preferred previous experience in a high-level customer service role (preferably in a technical/industrial environment)
- Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office and relevant internet-based applications
- Proven time management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
- Excellent communication skills - Interpersonal, written and verbal
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
