This is a permanent full-time role in our Adelaide office. In this role you will work within the administration team to be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers. You will manage a wide range of tasks such as greeting visitors at reception, answering calls and directing them appropriately, and providing administrative support to the wider business. The successful applicant will enjoy working in an environment where they will respond to changing priorities based on business need.Duties include but are not limited to
  • General reception duties
  • Booking meeting rooms and catering
  • Booking travel requests
  • Management of postal mail and couriers
  • Process payments in SAP
About you
  • Experience in receptionist or customer service role would be advantageous
  • Intermediate level in MS Office suite
  • Previous administration and mail room experience, desirable
  • Previous experience with SAP, desirable
  • Sound Knowledge of technology to support business and delivery of role.
  • A current driver’s license
