Global Manufacturing Group are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer/Receptionist for a full time position within our MARYBOROUGH division. We are seeking a fast learner, with great communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
As an Administration Officer/Receptionist, you will:
• Have a great phone manner and inter-personal skills
• Have a passion for administration work
• Be willing to learn and assist other staff where required
• Be Flexible, a quick thinker, able to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
• Be presentable, organized and attentive to details.
The Role:
This is a fast paced, demanding role which includes;
• Personal assistant to management staff
• Answering and redirecting of telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• General housekeeping duties including Daily collection of mail
• Invoicing/Despatching of cash sales and processing of payments.
• Stationery Ordering/Stocktaking
• Assisting with Accounts Payable/Receivable – entering/processing invoices, credits etc.
• General Reception tasks including filing and archiving of documents
• Process customer payments
• Liaising with other divisions on a regular basis
• Assist with end of month invoices
• Creating purchase orders if required
• Involvement with the administration and control of all Quality Documents.
• Other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to consistently perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Interested in completing a Certificate IV or Certificate III Business Administration course
A commitment to the Global Manufacturing company policies and procedures
Flexibility and demonstrate a high degree of organizational skills
Ability to gain, maintain and retain the respect of your team members and clients
Be computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel – MYOB experience an advantage.
Conduct all business in a professional and confidential manner.
