Key Position Tasks:
As the first point of contact with Master Builders, the Receptionist/Assist Team Member utilizes their wealth of knowledge to deliver information and provide solutions to both members and non-members, ensuring exceptional customer service and ultimately leading to customer satisfaction. This role is part-time, 5 days a week 10am-3pm, front facing at our East Melbourne office.
- Greet and assist visitors in the reception area, addressing their inquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Initiate needs-based selling for both members and non-members, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone enquiries generated from advertising, direct mail campaigns and other campaign reports from Master Builders Association of Victoria.
- Complete daily mail duties, including packing and sending shop orders, as well as maintaining stock levels for the shop.
Key Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with members and non-members of Master Builders Association.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse situations and develop appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated computer skills Microsoft Office.
- High analytical and problem solving skills.
Prior Experience:
- Minimum 2 years Reception/Customer service experience or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated professional development.
