Total Health Chiropractic is a holistic chiropractic practice bringing an updated form of healthcare for the whole family. We are a growing practice providing an exceptional experience to everyone who walks through our doors.
We currently have practices in QLD, Victoria and SA.
We hire based of personality, administration experience would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
The successful candidates will need to possess:
A professional, energetic, and happy attitude
A passion for health and wellbeing
Excellent communication skills
Initiative and motivation and be able to inspire other team members
The ability to stay calm in busy times and a variety of situations.
The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency with general computer tasks
The role includes but is not limited to:
Greeting, building and maintaining professional relationships with our patients
Taking telephone enquiries in a confident and efficient manner
Processing payments using EFTPOS
Scheduling appointments and ensuring patients are following a care plan recommended by the chiropractor
Supporting and assisting the chiropractor with general tasks
Hours
Approx 20 hours per week across Yeppoon and Rockhampton with an opportunity to grow
Our opening hours are currently 7.45am-11am and 2.45pm-7pm Monday-Friday and Saturday 7.45am-11am.
Applicants must be available for morning and/or evening shifts and be open to covering more hours if other staff take leave.
