Position Overview:
The Lead Chiropractic Assistant is a pivotal role within our chiropractic practice, responsible for overseeing the activities of other chiropractic assistants and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This position requires a blend of administrative, customer service, leadership, and clinical support skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of other chiropractic assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
Training and Development: Train new staff members and ensure ongoing development and skill enhancement of the team.
Front Desk Management: Oversee the scheduling of appointments, patient check-in and check-out, billing, and record keeping.
Patient Experience: Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained, addressing patient needs and concerns promptly.
Operational Efficiency: Monitor and improve front desk procedures to enhance practice efficiency and patient flow.
Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the chiropractic staff, patients, and other healthcare providers.
Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including reporting and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Clinical Support: Assist the chiropractor with patient preparation and maintaining treatment rooms.
Patient Education: Provide patients with information on chiropractic care and wellness.

Excellent attention to detail written skills
Friendly, welcoming, and confident demeanour.
Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting is preferred.
