Sage Health, located in Fremantle, is searching for our next amazing receptionist/chiropractic assistant. Responsibilities:
- Lead all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records and communication, managing patient flow, billing etc.
- You will be the face of the practice and the first contact for patients so proven communication and customer service is essential
- Collaborate with the practitioner team to ensure seamless patient care
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
- A proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to the team
- Cultural fit and alignment with the values of our practice are paramount
- Ability to multitask and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy and ability to adapt to new systems
- Professional presentation
- Previous experience in health or wellness preferred but not essential
Flexibility to work approximately 25 hours per week, must be available:
Tuesdays 12 – 7pm
Wednesday 1:30 – 5:30pm
Friday 1pm – 7pm
Saturday 7:30 am – 2pm
