- ACT and NSW residential and commercial conveyancing
- ACT and NSW commercial and retail leasing
- Loan and security documentation
- Property related taxation advice including stamp duty and GST advice
- Structuring for investment and development
- Retirement village contracts
At Elevated Legal we pride ourselves on providing sound and expert legal advice on all property related matters without losing track of the clients desired outcome.
The role
We have a recent opening as our first point contact to the business. Being a small firm the receptionist role triples as an administrative assistant and conveyancing assistant role too, enabling greater growth and development for the successful applicant.
Key responsibilities include:
- greet clients
- collect and make deliveries
- manage internal office requirements
- attend to banking
- file and document management
- administrative assistance including preparing correspondence
- conveyancing assistance including preparing government and compliance documents and conveyancing documents
- generally support legal and conveyancing staff
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to grow into a conveyancing/paralegal role if desired.
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will need to posses:
- excellent communication skills in greeting clients in person and by phone
- attention to detail
- computer proficiency and literacy
- a sense of personal responsibility and high standards of personal presentation
