About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a part-time Front Office Receptionist, to join our team and warmly welcome guests. In this role, you will be the face of the resort and the first point of call for all things Gold Coast, utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our guests with a memorable experience.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, you will be the face of the resort and the first point of call for all things Gold Coast, utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our guests with a memorable experience. Your key responsibilities for the role include:
Guest check in and check outs and accommodation reservations
Processing payments & maintaining records
Answering incoming calls, general enquiries & assisting guests with their requests
Providing information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities and the upselling of products & services
Communicate & collaborate with other departments
Full availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster between 7am-11pm, weekdays, nights, weekends & public holidays are required in this role.
What you'll need to be successful
Front office receptionist experience in 4-5 star hotel/resort environment with experience in PMS Opera
A professional face-to-face and telephone manner, active listening, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Work well under pressure, in a team environment and with diverse groups of people
Excellent admin skills including attention to detail, problem solving, organisational and efficient time management skills
Be friendly, confident, self motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude
Excellent personal presentation
