Position: Receptionist/Housekeeping Supervisor Mixed Role

Receptionist Responsibilities:As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our motel, providing exceptional customer service to guests from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
• Handling reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Providing guests with information about motel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, processing payments, and maintaining guest records.
• Resolving guest concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities:As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our motel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing a team of housekeeping staff to ensure rooms and common areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Developing and implementing cleaning schedules to meet guest needs and maintain efficiency.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Training new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and placing orders as needed.
• Responding promptly to guest requests and concerns, and taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
