What you can bring to the role

  • The provision of exceptional customer service and administration skills, with an evident passion for staying within administration long-term.
  • Building rapport and quality relationships with a diverse range of people.
  • Answering, screening, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • All photocopying, scanning, and printing requirements.
  • Event organisation execution.
  • Purchase requestion Administration.
  • Formatting and editing of documents in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Updating internal communications platform.

The Requirements:

  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong and positive working relations.
  • Highly organised with a keen attention to details.
  • Resilience, and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Full Microsoft Office suite exposure - proficient and experienced in Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • SAP S4/Hana experience advantageous.
  • Certificate III or IV business administration advantageous.
