You have a great understanding of the best customer service practices and a strong knowledge of the skills and processes required. Your skills are complimented by your excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
About the role:
The Junior receptionist will be responsible for providing face to face customer service, processing customer orders, answering phone calls, and replying to emails in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with our regular customers.
This role will require reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing a great level of customer support to internal and external customers, ensuring inbound enquiries and requests are met in a timely manner and handled with a sense of urgency and care.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Friendly and Positive personality
- Product Training will be provided.
