Apply Now!Job DescriptionThe HSSQ & Risk Advisor is works with the broader account team to ensure the delivery of a safe and compliant environment and system of work.Embedded within one of our key global clients, this role will be accountable for the scope of services related to health, safety, risk and compliance under the contract across our clients global property portfolio, and will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all compliance, regulatory requirements and relevant KPI’s are met or exceeded. The role will need to liaise closely with key vendors, HSSQ leads in country, IFM Country Leads and drive compliance with the compliance standards set by the client and the contract.What you will be doingThe purpose of this role is to support and continually improve a way of doing business that sets Cushman & Wakefield apart from the competition, promotes operational excellence and prevents harm to our people, to the environment and to our reputation. The HSSQ Advisor will manage HSSQ systems, process, and programs to ensure that management frameworks are applied, developed, and adjusted to meet industry best practice standards on the global account. This includes:The maintenance of the integrated HSSQ management system and any client focused health, safety, security, and environmental activities to meet the expectations of our certifiers, our workers, our contractors, and our client.The role collaborates with account FM teams Site leads and regional managers to investigate incidents, conduct account and contractor auditing activities, assist with risk assessment development, monitor compliance, provide training and provide HSSE related advice and complete regular reporting requirements.Travel to key sites across our client portfolio throughout Australia and Asia.Skills and experienceSome prior experience in construction or Facilities Management related WHS role would be ideal.Tertiary level WHS qualifications (or equivalent)Experience working with and driving outcomes in teams located remotelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong client focus and customer experience mindset essentialStrong experience in stakeholder/contractor managementIf you are an aspiring OH&S professional who is looking for a role that can offer "on the job" training, development and mentoring by an experienced senior management team then this could be the role for you.
