An opening exists for an experienced Reconciliations Officer to join their rapidly growing team on a full time, permanent basis.
The Role:
Reporting through to the Finance Manager your duties will include:
- Reconciling point of sale records daily for all entities (cash payments, EFTPOS, After pay etc)
- Investigate any discrepancies that arise
- Liaise with managers to ensure any differences are followed up, checked and corrected as necessary
- Ensure cash is banked on a regular basis
- Assist with ad hoc reporting as required by the Finance Division
- Previous experience reconciling a high volume of data
- Comfortable using Excel and other ERP accounting systems
- Ability to interact with key managers and stakeholders across the business
- Capable of critically analysing data and problem solving
