At Aussie Pacific we are a leading player in the wholesale uniform industry, known for our high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced Reconciliations Officer to assist with daily receipting and reconciliation of customer payments to invoices and customer accounts. Further, to utilise your skill set in resolving any discrepancies which arise from the process and to follow up on where non-payment on COD customer accounts have occurred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciling bank records daily for all entities (cash receipts, credit card and EFTPOS, After pay etc)
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies that arise
- Liaise with managers to ensure any differences are followed up, checked and corrected as necessary
- Follow up non-payment of COD accounts as applicable
- Assist with ad hoc reporting as required by the Finance Division
Qualifications:
- 5 years of proven experience as an accounts officer or in a similar role.
- Strong Excel & account reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
