Key Responsibilities
Reception:
- Maintain a clean and inviting office environment.
Telephone Operations:
- Answer rental enquiries and provide switchboard support.
- Direct calls and relay messages promptly.
- Handle leasing enquiries immediately.
Office Management:
- Complete daily checklists.
- Prepare meeting rooms as instructed.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks.
Stationery Management:
- Track and order stationery and printing supplies.
Mail Handling:
- Manage daily mail and ensure invoices are approved before processing.
- Maintain a mail register.
Courier Services:
- Organise and manage courier services.
- Distribute internal mail.
Key Management:
- Maintain the key register and manage key distribution.
