The role
Leisure and lifestyle activities make a huge difference for residents. Your role will help support residents to stay connected to their community, their hobbies, and their interests. You will be involved in the development of team activity planning, use your community connections to build relationships with activity providers and get to know residents as individual people while building lifestyle programs to suit their interests.
About you
You get to know people to understand what they care about and how you can make a difference in their everyday lives. You enjoy making suggestions and thinking up different ways to meets residents' lifestyle needs.
You work well as part of a team, and customer service is your number one priority.
