The Role:
Join the dynamic team at Gawler Sport and Community Centre! As a Skate-Inspired Recreation Attendant, you will be responsible for:

• Demonstrate excellent skating abilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for patrons.
• Providing support services to the centre and patrons under the guidance of the Duty Supervisor.
• Ensuring the safety of patrons and responding to first aid situations.
• Delivering a safe and enjoyable skating experience to program users.
• Assisting in organising and catering for skating birthday parties.
• Effective communication with centre and program users to ensure positive outcomes.
• Promoting the Town of Gawler and its Aquatic and Recreation Services and Programs.
• Delivering key responsibilities with guidance from your Duty Supervisor and complying with Council policies, procedures, and relevant legislative requirements.

Qualifications you will need:

• Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Working With Children Check
• Skating Experience
• Child Safe Environments/Mandated Notifier (or willing to get one)
