The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.
Crown Metropol, the largest hotel in Melbourne with an award-winning infinity pool overlooking the bay and CBD is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the team.
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Welcoming guests to the pool deck, overseeing reception area, including retail duties.
- Monitoring the pool/gym areas ensuring safety measures are met and the area is clean.
- Attending to any linen needs, restocking towels and retrieving dry cleaning.
You'll bring the following:
- First Aid Level 2 Certificate (HLTAID003 or HLTAID011).
- Life Saving Victoria Pool Lifeguard Accreditation (SISSS00129).
- Flexible availability across a 7-day rotational roster, ranging from 5:45am to 10:15pm
