Recruiter
The Recruiter drives all recruitment activity at Arcare within their portfolio, ensuring a best practice process to attract quality talent to Arcare. This role will work closely with Operations to ensure Residence recruitment needs are met based on analytical data, industry trends and verbal feedback. The role will manage a small team of Recruitment Co-Ordinators.

About You
- You can prioritise your attention based on master roster gaps, turnover of staff, occupancy levels and leave impact across portfolio.
- You can work in conjunction with the State Operations Managers and Regional Support Managers to address workforce supply risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- You are able to source candidates through internal talent pools, advertising, networking, SEEK talent and LinkedIn Recruitment.
- You have demonstrated experience building relationships with RTOs/Universities to create candidate pipelines including traineeships.
- You are an SME on Visa’s and the process aligned to sponsorships.
- You are up to date on government initiatives/programs and funding incentives.
- Identify opportunities to promote the Arcare brand.
- You can Lead and attend recruitment drives, careers expos and Residences open days within your delegated portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to promote the Arcare brand.
- You are able to provide guidance, coaching and support to the team.
- You are able to create meaningful reports and utilise recruitment data to guide workload processes and decision making.
- You have highly developed organisational skills, able to work in a busy environment and build strong rapports with stakeholders.

Essential:
- Demonstrated success in senior recruitment role in the aged care, healthcare or related human services sector.
- Qualification in Human Resources (or working towards qualification).
- Current and valid NDIS check and Statutory Declaration that does not preclude working in Aged Care;
- Right to Work – Australian Citizen, Resident or current Visa;
- Current driver’s license;
Desirable:
- Knowledge of PageUp, Chris 21 and Humanforce.
- Proficiency in the use of software e.g., Microsoft Office,
- Experience in managing a remote team.
- High level knowledge of Aged Care Award and relevant state EBA.
- Knowledge of employment law and related experience in areas such as equal opportunity and workplace safety.
