Recruitment Admin Resourcer

The Company

We are a long-standing recruitment company with 10 years running as Omni recruitment and a team of experienced, long-standing, and passionate staff with several new faces joining the business in the more recent years due to organic growth. We specialise within Manufacturing & Warehouse, Construction Trades & Labour. As a business we manage temporary recruitment, and the successful applicant will be part of the Springwood Team. 

The Role
As an admin resource you will be responsible for Candidate Interaction, Basic Data entry and other administrative tasks.
Duties of the role include:

• Screening resumes 
• Interviewing candidates (in person or via video calls)
• Hitting KPI's 
• Compliance 
• Administration 
• Answer phones.
• Attending meetings 
• Building respectful relationships with fellow employees 

What you need

You will have a background in Recruitment as either a Resourcer or a strong customer service administrative background. 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A good work ethic
• The ability to learn new systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 
• Ability to work in team.
• 2 x References

Remuneration of $34 p/hr casual rate – offering 35-38 hours a week.
