The Role
Kick start your career as an admin resource you will be responsible for Candidate Interaction, Basic Data entry and other administrative tasks.
Duties of the role include:
- Screening resumes
- Interviewing candidates (in person or via video calls)
- Hitting KPI's
- Compliance
- Administration
- Answer phones.
- Attending meetings
- Building respectful relationships with fellow employees
You will have a background in Recruitment as either a Resourcer or a strong customer service administrative background.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office

Remuneration of $34 p/hr casual rate – offering 35-38 hours a week.
