About the Role
The Atlantis Group are seeking a highly organised and people-oriented person to join their People & Culture team in the role of Recruitment and HR Administrator. This newly created role will assist with day-to-day administrative functions in a highly supportive and fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Supporting the recruitment function from Attraction to Selection
- Managing talent inboxes and applications through SWAG and online portals
- Screening and shortlisting of candidates for roles across all sites
- Organising interviews for all services and collating feedback for candidates
- Maintaining employee personnel files ensuring employee compliance with industry requirements
- Facilitating successful onboarding of candidates in a timely manner
- Completing day-to-day administration tasks on behalf of the People & Culture Team
- Assisting in the enrolment of team members for Certifications and other relevant industry qualifications
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Learning & Development Partner and People & Culture Manager as required
About You
You will be a great communicator with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels. You will work well as part of a team as well as being able to work autonomously and will bring a positive and flexible attitude, along with a willingness to go above and beyond in your role. You will demonstrate initiative with strong organisational and problem-solving skills that lead to a great experience for applicants and new employees
- Full work rights in Australia
- 1+ years previous experience in a recruitment or administration role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday)
- An understanding of Early Learning and Outside School Care is preferable but not essential
