The OpportunityDue to Company growth and recent Project wins, Civmec are currently seeking experienced Recruitment Administrators to join our Recruitment team, based at our Henderson Facility.
These opportunities will be engaged on a permanent Full Time basis.
We are a high performing, fun and dynamic team and ultimately looking for a team member to join and become a part of the family.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist the Recruitment Team with all aspects of recruitment and mobilisation in line with the formal recruitment process
- Provide support with applicant management including phone screens, reference checks, interview scheduling, medical bookings, database management, tracking and drafting of letters of offer
- Book required inductions, flights and pre-mobilisation requirements
- Record training and pre-mobilisation information in relevant registers and records
- Collation of new starter employee documents
- Ensure copies of applicants relevant licenses, tickets, qualifications and or certifications are kept on file
- Verify all client requirements are met and adhered to for mobilisation of personnel
- Certify all staff are mobilised to remote project sites in line with project scheduling requirements
- Assist with the initial coordination of the corporate induction process
- Liaise with Stores/Purchasing with regards to PPE ordering
- Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed
- Previous demonstrated Recruitment Administration experience (essential)
- Previous demonstrated Mobilisation experience (essential)
- Knowledge of the construction industry will be advantageous
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional time management skills coupled with a self-starter attitude
